DEVELOPMENTS

Goldstone have completed a number of developments in the South East, with further schemes in the pipeline.


We have structured and built out the developments in a number of ways:

 

  • Purchasing of the site with an investor

  • Joint Venturing with a landowner

  • Joint Venturing with another developer and bank funding

 

In all the scenarios, Goldstone Homes have acted as the Main Contractor as well and have successfully built out the schemes. We also dealt with the local planning authority and assisted with the marketing and sales of the developments. All of our developments come with a 10 Year Structural Warranty.
