We believe that correct health and safety procedures are crucial to any build. We will never compromise on a project to deliver builds more quickly. We promote good practise on our building sites to ensure the safety of our workforce and the general public at all times. The Considerate Constructors Scheme covers all of our sites and together we are continually evolving to put in place the best practices where possible.

Before any work can start, we make sure method statements, risk assessments and COSHH assessments are implemented to ensure tasks carried out correctly. For larger-scale developments which require CDMC, a construction phase plan is created and is available to all on-site. We also make sure that all tradespeople are site inducted to ensure they are aware of any potential hazards.

Within our site welfare, we display the health and safety law poster, F10 and fire and first aid information. We have an appointed first aider on-site at all times as well.

Goldstone Homes Ltd carries all relevant public liability insurance and contractors all risk insurance.
