Since our incorporation over 10 years ago, Goldstone Homes has delivered over £30,000,000 of new build apartments and homes, conversions and refurbishment projects across South London, Surrey & Sussex.

A Family-Owned Construction Business with a combined total of over 60 years in the industry, we have a wealth of experience across all construction formats in both residential and commercial schemes.

In 2020 we combined this skill set with the launch of our land acquisition side of the business. We actively source sites in London, and across the Home Counties. Working alongside our experienced Design and Planning team and external consultants, we look to transform and enhance sites through obtaining planning permission.

With the combination of both sides of the business we have creating a land and development company with the aim to deliver high quality and much needed new homes in the South East in the coming years.
