Goldstone Homes is a new building housing and large-scale specialist based in Croydon, Greater London. Established in 2011, Goldstone Homes has proliferated into a reputable new build and previous refurbishment construction company. We have a clear philosophy: deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard. From multiple units to single one-off bespoke houses, we are capable of delivering projects to a range of clients throughout South London and Surrey.

That's not all, we now work on land ventures as well as delivering projects worth up to £5m. Our team of experienced individuals from a very knowledgeable background, that is capable of delivering projects using Traditional, Design & Build and Turnkey Contracts. We also have an open book policy with clients, including detailed costings to ensure complete transparency.

Customer service is key to our business, and we look at each project on its merit. Once projects completed, we have a dedicated aftercare service that allows and helps our clients settle into their new home.
